B--IATA DGR 规定中,什么样的设计变化需要进行重新型号测试?

The following provisions are taken from the 5th revised edition of the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria.

以下条款由第5次更新的联合国测试手册中提出

A cell or battery that differs from a tested design by:

电池芯或者电池与测试设计时的不同的判断基于:

(a) For primary cells and batteries, a change of more than 0.1 g or 20% by mass, whichever is greater, to the cathode, to the anode, or to the electrolyte;

电池阳极、阴极或电解液的质量有大于20%或大于0.1g 的改变

(b) For rechargeable cells and batteries, a change in Watt-hours of more than 20% or an increase in voltage of more than 20%; or

对于可以重复充电的电池芯和电池,额定能量变化大于20%或者电压升高超过20%的;

(c) A change that would materially affect the test results

产品的变动将显著的改变试验结果的

Shall be considered a new type and shall be subjected to the required tests.

这几点都应被看作是新的型号,需要接受新的测试

In the event that a cell or battery type does not meet one or more of the test requirements, steps shall be taken to correct the deficiency or deficiencies that caused the failure before such a cell or battery type is

retested.

若电池和电池芯不满足测试要求的,在重新测试之前,需要修正其导致失败的缺陷再进行测试。
