Description of content: The draft Act of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and other end-of-life product management board as a policy maker. Moreover, it is composed of the product control, end-of-life product management, target setting, revenue management and fund subsidies, monitor and control, and criminal penalty.

Objective and rationale, including the nature of urgent problems where applicable:
Objective: to have a proper and efficient management system to deal with the plenty of WEEE and other end-of-life products in Thailand.
Rationale: The growth of WEEE and other end-of-life products becomes Thailand’s challenging problem. Therefore, it is appropriate to enact law for the management of WEEE and other end-of-life products based on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP), and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) principles.
