Addendum
The following communication, dated 13 January 2011, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Paraguay.

REGULATORY AUTHORITY: Ministry of Industry and Trade, MIC.
TITLE: Decree No. 4926/10 and Resolution No. 970/10.
MEASURE: Regulation governing the importation of standard carbon zinc and alkaline manganese primary cells and batteries.
SUMMARY: Decree No. 4926 of 18 August 2010 "Regulating Law No. 3107/06 on the importation, manufacture, assembly, transit, transport, storage and marketing of standard carbon zinc and alkaline manganese primary cells and batteries that are harmful to human health and the environment".
Resolution No. 970 of 22 December 2010 "Regulating Decree No. 4926 of 18 August 2010 Regulating Law No. 3107/06 on the importation, manufacture, assembly, transit, transport, storage and marketing of standard carbon zinc and alkaline manganese primary cells and batteries that are harmful to human health and the environment".
ADJUSTMENT PERIOD: The Resolution enters into force 90 days after publication.
